• From IH 10 West, exit #533 Welfare.  Pass PoPo’s Family Restaurant.  At the “Y”, veer right onto Waring-Welfare Road.  Go 6 miles to the 4 way stop at the Waring General Store.  Turn right onto Waring-Welfare Road.  It is one mile to the farm from here.  At the “Y”, stay straight or right onto Zoeller Lane.  DON’T CROSS THE RIVER.  The Guadelupe river will run along side to the left, look for the signs 'Boerne Stables' and turn right into long dirt driveway and go up the hill.

HORSE TRAILER ROUTE: 

• IH 10 West, exit #527 Waring/FM 1621.  Stay on the access road, traveling West (same direction) for one mile.  Turn right on FM 1621.  Go 5 miles to the 4 way stop.  (Follow directions below).         

• From IH 10 East, exit #524 Waring/FM 1621.  Make an immediate U-Turn under the big bridge.  Follow access road to FM 1621.  Turn left.  Go 5 miles down FM 1621 to the 4 way stop at the Waring General Store.  Go straight onto Waring-Welfare Road.  It is one mile to farm from here.  At the “Y”, stay straight or right onto Zoeller Lane.  DON’T CROSS THE RIVER.  The Guadelupe river will run along side to the left, look for the signs 'Boerne Stables' and turn right into long dirt driveway and go up the hill.

• From Hwy 281, exit FM 473 to Kendalia.  Pass through Kendalia and when in Sisterdale, FM 473 makes an “S” shape.  Veer right into Sisterdale, go thru town, then turn left to stay on FM 473.   Go 2 miles, turn left onto Zoeller Lane.  Stay on Zoeller until you pass Bennitt Road.  Turn left on next road, which is Cold River Road.    NOTE:   There is a very low water crossing on Zoeller that may be too steep for big rigs (like a 4 horse trailer with living quarters).  If you have a large rig, you may continue down FM 473 to Waring-Welfare Rd.  Turn left, cross the river and take an immediate left on Zoeller.  Go 1/2 mile and turn right onto dirt road.   The Guadelupe river will run along side to the left, look for the signs 'Boerne Stables' and turn right into long dirt driveway and go up the hill.

• From Fredericksburg take FM 1376, traveling south toward Boerne.  Turn right on FM 473 just before Sisterdale.   Turn left on Zoeller Lane.  Stay on Zoeller until you pass Bennitt Road.  Turn left on next entrance, which is a dirt road.  Look for the signs 'Boerne Stables'.
